A great meal to add to your meal preps this week

Ingredients :
4 chicken fillets
Honey
Soy sauce
Chopped garlic and ginger
2 scrambled eggs
Half an onion chopped
2 carrots finely grated
Sesame seeds
100 grams of chopped green beans
200 grams of rice
Sesame oil
Olive oil - to cook
Salt and pepper to taste
