The Inuka business offers six ways to earn and benefit:
1.Immediate retail profit.
2.Fast progress leadership cash rewards.
3.Monthly cash volume rebates.
4.Quarterly maintenance bonuses.
5.Annual and quarterly cash rewards & awards.
6.Earn a 1.4L Polo Vivo and/or 2.0L Audi Q5.
1. Immediate retail profit
Members buy products at wholesale prices from Inuka and sell to their customers at retail prices. The difference between the price you pay and the price you sell the product is your retail profit. Inuka offers recommended retail prices, but you are welcome to independently determine your own selling prices. Inuka suggests a 50% retail profit. Based on the 50% recommended retail profit, a R110 wholesale product will retail for R165, implying a R55 profit.
2. Fast progress leadership cash rewards
Once-off cash rewards are given to members who achieve Pearl leadership status and above within a certain period of time. Once-off cash rewards range between R 1,000 and R 40,000. Members who achieve Diamond Status are paid the once-off cash rewards regardless of the time since joining. Once you have reached an Inuka status or leadership level, you will NEVER BE DEMOTED.
3. Monthly cash volume rebates
Qualifying Senior and beyond Members receive monthly cash volume rebates. Inuka pays monthly volume rebates up to 16% on personal PV and group PV, depending on your monthly productivity. Monthly volume rebates are based on monthly sales and recruiting efforts by leaders and their downlines (four levels deep).
4. Quarterly maintenance bonuses
In addition to monthly cash volume rebate payouts, Inuka rewards leaders who maintain Sapphire status and beyond for all three months in an Inuka quarter (Jun-Aug, Sept-Nov, Dec-Feb, Mar-May). Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses are based on your group sales (four levels deep) and your personal recruiting efforts. Quarterly maintenance bonuses range between R 5,000 and R 500,000 every quarter.
5. Annual and quarterly cash rewards & awards
To salute our hard working business leaders, Inuka gives cash rewards to members who achieve set challenges, top performing leaders and newcomers at the annual Inuka Gala event. Annual performance bonuses (also referred to as the Rainbow Challenge) reward qualifying personal sales, group sales, recruiting and promoting your downline members to Senior Status and beyond. Rainbow performance bonuses (R 10,000 - R 50,000) are guaranteed rewards to qualifying leaders. At the most recent Annual Gala Event, in July 2014, Inuka acknowledged, recognized and rewarded our hardworking Members with a record breaking cash amount of R661 000 in one evening. Inuka also hosts quarterly meetings where we recognize and reward our Members for their quarterly efforts.
6. Earn a 1.4L Polo Vivo over any 13 month period
Inuka members earn a new 1.4L Polo Vivo within a consecutive 13 month period by:
Recruiting 40 new Senior members who each maintain Senior status or beyond for any 3 months, OR
Promote 4 members who had a New Member Status at the beginning of the 13 month period to maintain Emerald Status for any 3 months.
* Challenge extended to 6 September 2015
