Yoga and Meditation have been an important part of my healing journey. It truly has allowed me to go within and connect with Self and is a gentle yet profound healing process and the result? Living daily being mindful and grounded.

I qualified as a Yoga Nidra teacher in 2021 and had this vision to create a Yoga Nidra Community. In February 2023 this became a reality and so grateful for every person that is part of the community each month.

The community is hosted online and meet once on month on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. The meditations are one and a half to two hours and hosted via Microsoft Teams. Each Yoga Nidra is different and every student leaves with a sense of relaxation, calmness and inner peace.

The next Yoga Nidra will be hosted on the 9th of July @ 4pm SAST

The energy exchange to join a Yoga Nidra session is R300 per person.

I also offer one on one sessions in person or online.

Yoga Nidra is “Yogic Sleep”. It is a guided meditation whereby we focus on your breath and specific points on the body in order to quieten the mind and lengthen the breath to achieve a state of relaxation and rest.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Epigenetics You are not your Destiny K-Power workshop in the friendly city of Port Elizabeth over the weekend. We all shared and learned so much about ourselves and each other.

Epigenetics - Your are not your DNA 1 Day Workshop

Join us on Sunday the 2nd of July from 8:15 - 16:30 for a fun filled day learning about the Meridian System and their acupoints and how to apply these techniques and concepts to your daily life. You will learn to Body Test and how to do a quick Kinesiology balance on yourself or a family member dealing with traumas and patterns.

The workshop will be hosted in person in Humewood, Port Elizabeth.

The investment is R1,800 per person for the day and includes a lovely lunch and refreshments.
If you have recently been for a treatment at Integrative Mind or refer a friend that attends the workshop with you will only pay R1,500 per person for the workshop.
