There are very few beauty products that we can honestly say are cure-alls, but coconut oil comes pretty close. You can use it for everything from healing scars to moisturizing dry knees. So head to your local health food store and allow this list to help you get creative with coconuts.

1. SIMPLE TOXIC-FREE SHAVING CREAM.

Use coconut oil on your legs as a natural replacement for your shaving cream.

2. USE RASPBERRIES AND COCONUT OIL FOR BRIGHTER LIPS 👄

In a small sauce pan on low heat , warm 1 tablespoon coconut oil until liquid. Remove from heat and add 4 fresh or frozen red raspberries. Mash berries and blend until smooth, place in a small glass container and refrigerate until firm. Use clean fingers to brush over lips.

3. MAKEUP REMOVER .

Even the most resistant waterproof mascara doesn't stand a chance against coconut oil. Apply it directly to the face as an oil cleanser.

4. WHITENING TOOTHPASTE

Run out of toothpaste? Grab some coconut oil and add baking soda .

5. ITCH RELIEF.

Burns, bug bites and bruises can all be soothed with a topical balm of coconut oil.

Silicone makeup sponges for sale @ R40

It is a silicone-based beauty applicator that will help you blend your makeup until it looks picture-perfect and smooth. Since it isn't sponge- or hair-based like many other beauty tools, it won't absorb the foundation you're trying to apply

3 INGREDIENT EYE MAKEUP REMOVER !!!

WHAT YOU NEED:
water, no-tears baby shampoo, olive oil or coconut oil and a small glass container.

STEP 1.
Pour a 1/2 tablespoon of baby shampoo into the clean glass container. Add 1/4 teaspoon olive or coconut oil and mix together.

STEP 2.
Pour enough water to full your container.

STEP 3.
Shake well. Lightly dab a cotton ball into the mixture and gently remove eye makeup. Shake well each time you use.

THAT'S IT! This mixture is gentle on your skin and eyes, and takes off even the most stubborn mascara.

REMEMBER!
Don't use too much of the shampoo and oil- anything besides water can irritate your eyes when used in large quantities.

HOW TO FIND THE BEST FOUNDATION COLOR SHADE FOR YOU.

The most important is to use the right shade because the wrong foundation can look unnatural.

While knowing if you have dry or oily skin won't help you pick a foundation shade, it will simply help you to choose the right type of foundation. Skin can be oily, dry, or a combination and you can have normal or sensitive skin.

- for oily skin, choose a matte finish or oil free liquid or powder foundation.

- for dry skin choose a hydrating cream or stick foundation.

- for sensitive skin choose a scent-free foundation.

- choose a powder foundation if you have a combination skin.

If you have an uneven complexion and want to cover most of your skin, choose a foundation that offers full or medium coverage. Otherwise, for a more natural look choose a foundation that offers partial or sheer coverage.

Going by eye, choose a few shades that look closest to your skin tone. Then, test them by applying some foundation on your jawline. The skin at your jawline will be truer to your natural undertone and give you an idea of how the foundation will look against your neck.

BOUGHT FOUNDATION THAT IS TO DARK!?

You can customize the color of your foundation to create one that match your skin. One way to make foundation lighter is by applying it with a wet sponge instead of using your fingers. You can also make foundation lighter by mixing it with:
-primer
-a lighter foundation
-concealer

Just as you can lighten foundation, so too you can darker it by;
-adding blush
-mixing it with a bronzer
-combining it with a darker foundation
