It's been 5 years of Bending here on High Street & we want to celebrate!

So on Friday the 31st of July we will be doing just that with our friends around the corner at Fish Finder.

Join us for a deeply grounding practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect and gently release tension held in the body.

We won’t tell you exactly how young this lovely lady is but later in the 80’s is the ballpark - and that’s exactly what we want to celebrate on our 5th year anniversary.
