This is just one gentle hormone-balancing yoga sequence from the project — simple, grounding, and designed to support the nervous system while helping women slow down and tune in. 🤍

Unlike fast-paced flows, Yin invites stillness — holding each posture for longer to gently target the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.

🧘‍♀️ What to focus on:
• Move into each pose with intention
• Use props to fully support your body
• Breathe slowly and consistently
• Allow your body to release, not force

Your breath already follows a natural rhythm — inhale, hold, exhale, pause.

This gentle cycle is known as pranayama, and when you bring conscious awareness to it, something powerful begins to shift.

The mind quiets.
The body softens.
The spirit becomes more grounded.

In my work, I also see breath as more than a physical practice — it’s a moment to reconnect with God’s presence within you.

A reminder that life itself is sustained with every breath He gives us. 🤍

You don’t need to force or control anything. Just observe. Receive. Be still.

A simple, easy-to-follow sauna timeline so you can understand what’s actually happening inside your body — and find your perfect “sweet spot.”

So many of us step into the sauna just to relax (which is lovely 💫), but without understanding the timing, you could unknowingly be placing stress on your body instead of supporting it.

🌿 Here’s my honest advice:
Less is more.
You do not need to sit in the sauna for long periods to receive the benefits.

✨ 15–20 minutes is your sweet spot
✨ 30 minutes max — beyond this, cortisol (your stress hormone) begins to rise

I see many studios offering longer sessions, but it’s important to understand:
More time does not equal more benefit.
In fact, it can start working against your body — affecting your hormones, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
