20 Wheelchairs, 20 Lives Supported Today, Healing Hands Community Project had the privilege of distributing 20 wheelchairs to community members in Jacksonville, Northern Areas, Gqeberha.

We are grateful to Association for People with Disabilities APD Nelson Mandela Bay for their generous donation of these wheelchairs. This support will make a meaningful difference to individuals who need greater mobility, independence and dignity in their daily lives.

For us, community work is about more than providing assistance. It is about working together to ensure that people are seen, supported and given the opportunity to live with dignity.

A sincere thank you to **APD Nelson Mandela Bay** for partnering with us and helping us reach people who need support.

The recent loss of women’s lives in Kempton Park and Gqeberha South Africa has left families, communities and the nation grieving. Every woman deserves to live free from violence, fear and abuse.

Healing Hands Community Project stands with the women and families affected by gender-based violence. We call on communities, families, leaders and every South African to stand together, protect women, speak out against violence, support survivors and help create safer communities.

GBV must stop.
Women deserve safety. Women deserve dignity. Women deserve protection.

Let us not become numb to the loss of life. Let us stand together, look out for one another and take action to build communities where women and children are safe.
