Consistency is key. People seem to forget that health is a one time offer. You service your car regularly. Youdrive carefully. You take care of it. Why not the same with your body?? At least you will have transport to and from the hospital. If you are still able to drive, that is.

I did my first swim EVER today! I am thinking of doing the Half Ironman this year. Scared, exited and working on my headspace. BUT. If we don’t push our boundaries, never challenging who we are, how can we ever know ourselves? Watch this space….
