Strong adductors = more than just strong inner thighs. 🦵🏼
Your adductors play an important role in controlling your hip and pelvis, stabilising your leg and helping you produce and absorb force during movements like running, changing direction, squatting and lunging.
They’re often overlooked when it comes to strength training and injury prevention — but they deserve a place in your programme. 👀
Whether you’re an athlete, a runner, or simply want to move and train stronger, building adequate adductor strength can help improve your overall lower-body capacity.
Don’t neglect the muscles you can’t see.😉
If you’re dealing with an injury, recurring pain, or you’re unsure how to structure your training around your goals, DM me “ADDUCTOR” to enquire about working with me.📩
