Jannie Brooks Gym in the park Brooksgym is a place of belonging ! HIGH INTENSITY STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT BASED TRAINING

This isn’t your ordinary Gym. This provides a very broad adaptation.

Jannie and Adri Brooks, both Biokineticist, in the profession since 1993

Our group-family-focussed hybrid training facility hosts some generations who partnered with Brooksgym for two to three decades. Jannie & Adri Brook’s Gym focuses on bodyweight exercises and a unique style of weight lifting. Programs are based on constant variety of strength and functional movements. Our goal to be stronger

for longer, have more endurance and more power, preparing athletes and weekend Warrior alike, for a variety of activities. High Intensity Strength and Movement Based Training principles bring forth well-conditioned individuals. Training at infrequent intervals serves all ages, and all fitness levels. Personal service in groups brings attention to individuals and correction to proper form. Workouts are called by "NAME", and provide a very time efficient and exciting regime. Warriors challenge one another beyond their own efforts. While enjoying a good laugh, members struggling together through their sets. Sessions last forty-five minutes to an hour, and the Kettlebells Health Shop compliments every day’s workout, with a Jannie Brooks Hulk, or Beetroot & Berry Red Ironman Protein Shake.
