Sharing this because it really made me think about my own experiences with what weā€™re often told is the ā€œnormalā€.

For me, exploring older remedies, plants, traditional knowledge and a more natural approach has opened my eyes to just how much knowledge has been forgotten or overlooked.

Iā€™m not saying modern medicine has no place ā€” it absolutely does. But I also believe we shouldnā€™t be so gullible when it comes to our health.

Sometimes the old ways are worth remembering ā€” and perhaps the question we should be asking is: Can forgotten knowledge restore our understanding of how to care for ourselves?
