Did you know that cranial procedures are specialised surgeries involving the skull and brain, performed to treat a range of neurological conditions?

FROZEN SHOULDER: WHEN YOUR SHOULDER FEELS "STUCK"

Everyday movements — reaching overhead, getting dressed, even sleeping — can become surprisingly hard.

Symptoms:
- Pain, often worse at night
- Stiffness and reduced movement
- Difficulty reaching overhead or behind your back

Causes:
Inflamed, tight tissue around the shoulder joint restricts movement — often with no clear cause.

Treatment:
- Physiotherapy and stretching
- Medication or corticosteroid injections
- Surgery in severe cases
