Our pigments are sourced from a large factory that manufactures the best cosmetic grade pigments worldwide. Thus they are non-toxic, completely hypoallergenic and safe to use on human skin.

If you are wanting that true, unadulterated opaque neon, then you simply apply the pigments over a white gel polish. They can also be burnished over white gel paint to create blended neon colour effects, can be used with stamping etc. The options are simply limitless.
