MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE
Horizon Care Centre, Silverton
Horizon Care Centre is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care and education to children in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote, market, and maintain optimal enrollment at the care centre
-Source and secure operational funding, manage budgets and grant proposals
-Maintain all administrative records including mental health documentation
-Manage and update all official email accounts, page, and website
--Design and implement creative teaching programs aligned with government guidelines
Create benchmarks and track progress for children and facilitators
-Stay current with mental health policies and government requirements
-Organize fundraising initiatives
--Respond promptly to parent concerns and communicate with board members
Conduct staff interviews and supervise all personnel
--Lead by example, manage conflicts fairly, and maintain consistent staff policies
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children and facilitators
-Develop and maintain operational policies and school calendars
Requirements:
-Relevant qualification aligned with position responsibilities
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-Knowledge of mental health policies and educational frameworks
-Budget management and fundraising experience
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
