Sometimes changing a life starts with something as simple as a bottle of soup ingredients.

This Mandela Month, Rehab@Muelmed is inviting our community to help us create 100 Bottles of Hope for families in need.

A small donation can become a warm winter meal, comfort and hope for someone else.

Donations needed:
☕ Empty coffee bottles/jars
🥣 4 in 1 soup mix
🍚 Rice or pasta
🧡 Lentils
🥄 Soup powder
🐔 Beef or chicken stock

📍 Drop off in the passage foyer of the rehab, from Monday 8 June 2026.
