I’ll be in Cape Town on Saturday, 14 November 2026, speaking at the ASCT 2026 Aesthetic Symposium at the UCT GSB Conference Centre, Protea Hotel Cape Town Waterfront Breakwater Lodge.

My topic: Regenerative Medicine — Medicine Redefined.

Regenerative health is an area far deeper and wider than it may appear at first glance. Research continues to point us back to something remarkable: the body has a phenomenal ability to repair, restore and regenerate.

But as doctors, our role is to understand the science, identify what may be standing in the way of those processes, and help our patients create the conditions in which their bodies can function at their best.

I’ll be unpacking this fascinating field, the science behind it, and what it could mean for the future of patient care.

Kicking It Old School

When last did you contact us via email or a landline? We’re guessing sometime around the same era as dial-up internet. We’ve become rather attached to WhatsApp and have spent years perfecting the art of sending voice notes, photos, and the occasional emoji.

Unfortunately, our WhatsApp line has had a bit of a midlife crisis. Due to high message volumes, WhatsApp apparently decided our number looked suspiciously spammy and blocked it without so much as a courtesy warning.

We bravely attempted to launch a shiny new WhatsApp number, but thus far even the most tech-savvy millennials among us have been unable to convince it to behave like a normal human being.

In the meantime, we’re dusting off some classic communication methods:
