A randomised controlled trial by Tuchin, Pollard & Bonello (2000) investigated whether chiropractic care could help people suffering from migraines.
In the study, 127 participants received either chiropractic treatment or sham electrotherapy over two months, while keeping a migraine diary. Those who received chiropractic care showed improvements in migraine frequency, duration, disability, and medication use compared to sham electrotherapy.
