So much health advice. So many things to try. Where do you begin? 🌿

If you’ve made changes, tried different approaches and still aren’t feeling your best, it can feel frustrating and confusing.

Let’s talk it through.

I’m offering a FREE Discovery Call—a space to share what’s troubling you, what you’ve already tried and how you would like to feel.

Together, we’ll explore whether my whole person approach to nutrition, lifestyle, body recovery and coaching could support your next step.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. 💛

What skills could change the direction of your career or business?

The skills we develop today shape the opportunities we create tomorrow.

This Friday at Friday Club Linden, Avril Petersen will be sharing:

SKILLS = Career Path + Business Success

A conversation about investing in yourself, developing the right skills and using them to create greater opportunity — whether you’re building a career, growing a business or navigating your next chapter.

This is one I want to be in the room for — listening, learning and taking something valuable away.

Come and join us. Have breakfast, meet other local business owners and entrepreneurs, build genuine connections and leave with something you can put into action.

Your next opportunity may start with something you learn — or someone you meet — in the room.

📍 Paputzi’s, Linden
🕗 8:00 for 8:30am
