GAUTENG | TERRITORY MEDICAL DEVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – AESTHETICS
Are you an experienced medical sales professional with a passion for aesthetics and surgical innovation?
A well-established medical device company is seeking a driven, professional Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow its Aesthetic portfolio within the Gauteng region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with plastic and reconstructive surgeons, theatre teams, and key hospital decision-makers while driving meaningful territory growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and expanding a defined Gauteng territory, building strong clinical relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative and technical selling.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving territory sales growth and achieving quarterly and annual targets
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
• Building and maintaining strong, ethical relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
• Conducting detailed product presentations and clinical training sessions
• Providing operating room support and technical assistance during procedures
• Managing consignment stock and maintaining accurate sales and forecast reporting
• Analysing competitor activity and identifying strategic growth opportunities
• Delivering excellent after-sales service and ongoing customer support
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Human Movement Science, or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to plastic and reconstructive surgeons (Gauteng region)
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and theatre environments
• Clinical aptitude and technical proficiency with surgical instruments
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently
• Professional, emotionally intelligent, and confident in clinical settings
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop and mobile phone with data capability
