𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 π‘¨π’Žπ’š πŸ’ͺ🏻

β€’Amy obtained her BSc in Human Movement Science and Physiology in 2019 at NWU, where she also completed her Honours in Biokinetics.

β€’She did her internship in Rustenburg, gaining hands-on experience and building the foundation for where she is now β€” running her own practice at Virgin Active Honeydew

β€’Her love for sport, fitness, and working with people is what first drew her to Biokinetics.

β€’These days, you’ll find her strength training, hiking, playing padel, and recently taking on the challenge of golf.
