And so the time has arrived... 💙

We are incredibly grateful and excited that Danie’s MRI is finally here, but at the same time, we would be lying if we said we are not scared of what the outcome may be.
This journey has been filled with challenges, prayers, hope, tears, and countless moments where God has carried us when we felt we could not go on. Danie has already overcome so much in his young life, and we are so proud of his strength and courage.
As we prepare for today, we ask everyone to please keep Danie in your prayers. Pray for a safe MRI, wisdom for the doctors, peace for our hearts, and strength for whatever lies ahead.
No matter the outcome, we trust that God has walked every step of this journey with us and that He will continue to hold Danie in His loving hands.

MRI UPDATE FOR DANIE 💙

We are so thankful to share that Danie’s MRI has officially been confirmed for Monday. 🙏

He will be first on the list, and after he is discharged at around 13:30, we will be going directly to the Neurologist appointment to receive the results.

Please keep Danie in your prayers for a safe procedure, calm hearts, and good news.
We are trusting God to guide every doctor, every step, and every outcome. ✨

Watching Danie struggle every day is heartbreaking. His behaviour has changed again, and we can see that something is not right. The doctors have already had to increase his Respidal medication to 0.25ml in the mornings and 0.5ml at night just to help manage these behaviours, but this is only a temporary solution until we can get the MRI done urgently.

The MRI is so important because we desperately need answers about what is causing these changes and how we can help him properly before things get worse. Every day that passes feels more urgent.
