Hello! I’m Anju and I am a die-hard wellness geek with a great fondness and love for oriental medicine. 🌿

My journey in holistic healing started 17 years ago when I started studying Therapeutic Reflexology & Meridian therapy. Let’s just say that was my ‘gateway drug’ into the world of Eastern medicine and all its wonderful healing philosophies. ✨

I’ve since added a few more magical tools to my repertoire that I combine in my practice today as a fusion of holistic approaches to assist in restoring balance between mind, body and spirit. 🤍
