Seems confusing at first, but if you think about it simply, it is true that we find health only in what is right and true.

How could we be healthy in error or lies?
It is not possible. Health is found in truth, and Jesus even said that truth will set us free.

The Bible frequently links physical and spiritual health together. If we would die spiritually due to error, then the same is true for physical health.

We can each be a faithful ambassador, sharing truth as it is found in God’s unfailing Word.

Well, it is because we keep the 7th day Sabbath holy, according to God’s commandment.

But these days it is wrongfully thought that this command was only for the Jews.

A time of trouble is approaching, yes indeed. Books like Daniel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Revelation, and various others portions of God’s word, make it clear that trouble comes when people refuse God’s help, His law, and His love.

But the Bible also tells us that to those who don’t reject God’s offers of love, grace, mercy, and power, He is a refuge and strength, a place of safety during trouble, and a Physician to those who need healing.
