For children and teens, I offer soft, creative sessions and combine tools to build emotional awareness and self-confidence. For the past few weeks, I've been sharing posts about fathers.

The providers.
The protectors.
The problem-solvers.

The men who carry responsibilities, worries, expectations and pressures that often go unseen.

This Father's Day, I wanted to create something different.

Not just work.

But expectations.
Pressure.

The belief that they must always be strong.
Always have the answers.
Always keep going.

Many men are carrying far more than they ever say out loud.

Perhaps one of the greatest gifts we can offer is reminding them they don't have to carry everything alone.
