Today, AfroCentric Group proudly showcased impact on wheels!

Our Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) team hosted its first Beneficiary Showcase, officially unveiling Moyreg’s mobile clinic - a powerful step forward for this Black‑owned SMME delivering occupational and community health solutions.

During the event, AfroCentric executives, ESD Committee members and key stakeholders were taken on a guided walkabout of the mobile clinic, funded through Medscheme and Pharmacy Direct. Equipped with a mobile X‑ray unit, the clinic brought the investment to life - demonstrating how targeted funding enables essential occupational and community healthcare services to be delivered directly to worksites, including in remote and underserved areas.

“This milestone demonstrates how purposeful investment drives meaningful transformation. By supporting Black‑owned enterprises like Moyreg through our ESD programme, AfroCentric is advancing inclusive economic participation while strengthening our supplier ecosystem. The launch of this mobile clinic brings essential healthcare services closer to the people and workplaces that need them most, reaffirming our commitment to a more resilient and inclusive healthcare system for South Africa,” – Gerald Van Wyk, AfroCentric Group CEO.

A heartfelt thank you to our ESD team for stewarding this journey from start to finish, Medscheme and Pharmacy Direct for investing with purpose, and our executive leadership for continuing to champion transformation that delivers tangible results.
