https://bit.ly/DownloadThisTimeForReal-R197 A Dietitians goal is to help patients understand the connection between diet and diagnosis for improved nutritional well being. TAD Dietitians educates patients/clients about the potential impact poor lifestyle behaviours can have on health and nutrition over time. As dietitians they share their knowledge of which dietary choices, including type of food, portion size and frequency, are optimal for individuals who have various dietary related diseases, for individuals who want to lose weight or individuals who simply want healthier lifestyles. As a dietitian their job is to promote healthy living. it is a job they love and enjoy to do, because it is like being an artist. We create healthy living and well being by using the different colors of the rainbow in the form of food and different textures of artwork in the form of exercise and lifestyle. Most important we enjoy making a difference in the health of others in my community and beyond. Our Vision is to inspire people to attain optimal physical and mental health. At Tanya Alberts Dietitian & Associates (TAD), our Mission is to guide, educate and support people in the actualization of authentic solutions to transform their life challenges and realize their future goals. This is something I wish more women knew.

You can still struggle with food and be making progress.

You don't have to become someone who never has difficult days.

You need to become someone who knows what to do when they do.

💜

A pause isn't another food rule.
It's a chance to understand what's happening before you automatically react.
And sometimes, after the pause, the answer really is:
“Yes. I want the chocolate.” 😂
That's okay too.

Sometimes we're so busy looking for the BIG transformation that we miss the tiny evidence that we're already changing.
Save this.
And send it to the woman who thinks she's getting nowhere. 💜

Real life doesn't always need fixing.

Sometimes it just needs one small thing that makes the next hour easier. 💜

05/10/2026

What if you've been waiting for the wrong evidence that you're changing?

Not every sign of progress is visible.

Sometimes it's a quieter relationship with food.

Sometimes it's recovering faster.

Sometimes it's noticing something you would have ignored six months ago.

Sometimes it's simply not making one difficult moment mean something about who you are. 💜

What is one small thing you're doing differently lately?

Tell me. I genuinely want to know.

You've heard me talk about:

✨ understanding your patterns
✨ stopping the all-or-nothing thinking
✨ learning to recover
✨ building flexibility
✨ noticing what you need
✨ practising new skills

This Time For Real™ brings that thinking into 30 small daily steps.

It's for the woman who is tired of knowing what to do but still feeling stuck.

It's for the woman who doesn't want another extreme plan.

It's for the woman who wants to start learning a different way.

This is why I created This Time For Real™ the way I did.

Not a giant workbook that makes you feel behind before you've even started.

Not another plan you have to complete perfectly.

Just small daily steps.

Because sometimes the most useful thing isn't more information.

It's practice.

Tomorrow I'll show you exactly where you can start. 💜

If knowing was enough…

you'd probably have solved this years ago.

And that's why I don't want you blaming yourself for not “knowing enough.”

Maybe you don't need more information.

Maybe you need a place to practise.
