Happy Bosses’ Day to the two people who keep our smiles shining! 🦷🥳

Today we're celebrating Dr Pieter and Silvia, the heart and backbone of Evi Dental Inc.

Dr Pieter, thank you for leading with skill, kindness and a calm hand. You've taught us that great dentistry starts with making every patient feel at home, and that there is always time for a funny joke. Silvia, thank you for keeping everything running smoothly with a smile and a lot of patience, and literally everything behind the scenes. We're so grateful!

We're also thankful to be part of the Evi Dental family. It's a privilege to care for our community alongside such an incredible team.

Here's to the bosses who make Mondays easier and smiles brighter. We appreciate you more than word can say! 💙

From all of us at Evi Dental🤗

Four years ago, Evi Dental Inc. opened its doors with a simple dream: to create a dental practice that feels welcoming, personal, and a little bit like home. 🏡🦷

Today, we’re celebrating four years of check-ups, smile transformations, nervous first visits that ended in relief, and so many wonderful patients who have trusted us with their smiles.
To every patient, every family, and every person who has walked through our doors, thank you. You’re the reason we love what we do. 💛

Here’s to many more years of caring for your smiles together! 🥳

Confession time ☕🍷 - your morning coffee, that glass of red with dinner, even the occasional smoke... they're all quietly working on your smile's colour.

It's completely normal (we promise, no judgement here), but if you've noticed your smile isn't as bright as it used to be, there are easy ways to bring it back.

A professional whitening or even just a check-up can make a bigger difference than you'd think.

Braces or Invisalign - which one's actually right for you? 🦷 Braces are the tried-and-tested workhorse: great for more complex cases and budget-friendly. Invisalign is the low-key option - clear, removable, and easy to live with day to day. Neither is "better," it just depends on your smile and your lifestyle.

Let us know if you'd like to see Invisalign at Evi Dental 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

As a dad (and a dentist), I get asked this a lot: "How do I get my toddler to actually brush their teeth?"🪥
Here are a few tips:

🦷 Let them pick their own toothbrush - the more colourful and ridiculous, the better
🦷 Brush together so it becomes "our thing," not a chore
🦷 Turn it into a 2-minute song or game (yes, we've done the toothbrush dance)
🦷 Praise the effort, not perfection - little wins add up

Toddlers don't need a perfect brush, they need a consistent one. The habit matters more than the technique at this age.

Got a toddler toothbrushing tip that actually works for you? Drop it below 👇

We’re not just another dental practice…

This isn’t your typical waiting room - it’s the first sign that your experience with us is going to be different.

Welcome to Evi Dental Inc.

We sat down with Dr Pieter for a little Q&A ☺️
He shared the heart behind Evi Dental - and how his own kids played a big part in building the practice into what it is today. Family isn’t just part of our story, it’s the reason we do what we do. 🦷💙

A Water Flosser?? What even?🤯 Let's break it down for you...

🪥 Your toothbrush is doing its best - but it's not doing everything 😅 That's where a water flosser comes in, and honestly? It might just change your whole routine 💧

🦷 What is a water flosser?
A water flosser uses a pressurised stream of water to clean between your teeth and along the gumline - reaching the spots your brush and traditional floss often miss. Think of it as a power wash for your mouth. 🚿
😬 Why should I use one?
It's gentler on sensitive gums than string floss, easier to use for people with braces, implants, or bridges, and studies show it can reduce gum bleeding and inflammation significantly. Your gums will literally thank you.

🦷 How do I use it?
Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, lean over the basin, place the tip in your mouth, and work along your gumline and between each tooth. Start on the lowest pressure setting and work your way up. Use it once a day - ideally before brushing 🦷

😬 Ask us more!
Want to know which water flosser we recommend, or whether it's right for your specific needs? Ask us at your next visit
