Restoring Health, Reclaiming Hope: The Story Behind Liza Fitchat

​For Liza Fitchat, wellness and healing have never been just a profession—they are a calling born from love, resilience, and personal experience. As a certified Nutritional Therapist, Iridologist, and founder of the Nourish Health and Wellness Center in Rustenburg, she provides advanced holistic care through NLS Quantum Full Body Scans, clinical iridology, and tailored nutritional therapy.

​Her journey into integrative health was shaped by her role as a mother. When Liza and her two eldest children (now 12 and 9) were diagnosed with 3 rare genetic conditions, she threw herself into researching root-cause therapies, transforming her family's challenges into a lifelong mission to help others heal.

​That commitment to healing expanded even further when Liza and her husband Shaun welcomed two foster care babies into their lives—a 19-month-old boy and a 9-month-old girl. Rooted in deep faith, her husband’s own triumph over childhood trauma and severe abuse serves as a pillar of strength for their family, uniting them in a shared passion to champion children who cannot speak for themselves.

​In honor of her late niece, whose life was tragically cut short by domestic violence five years ago, Liza brought a lifelong childhood dream to fruition by founding the Cameila Hope and Restoration Foundation together with Harry and Jolene. The organization stands as a beacon for vulnerable, abused, and neglected children, fighting tirelessly to secure critical medical treatment, holistic therapy, and compassionate support.

​Together with her family, Liza Fitchat continues to redefine adversity into purpose—building a legacy of health at Nourish Health and Wellness Center and restoring hope through the Cameila Hope and Restoration Foundation.
