I would like to let you know how inversion has changed our lives. Everyone in our family is using the inversion table for different purposes. When coming home after a stressful day at work, I use the table for 5 minutes, and hey presto, I am ready to go!
My husband had a car accident and hurt four of his vertebrae. He had pinched nerves running down his right leg constantly. He had pinched nerves running down his right leg constantly and had a numb sensation in his bum. His back would go into spasms constantly and he looked like a question mark from behind!
The doctors said they should operate to relieve him from his pain but since he weighs 145 kg and is 2.10 m it was not advisable. He carried on like this, sometimes not able to get up in the mornings. Nothing the physiotherapist did, or all the amount of massaging we did, really helped.

Everything changed whilst sitting on a plane flying down to PE and I read an article about inversion tables. It changed our lives! Even though he is not cured he has improved drastically making it possible for him to enjoy life again. I am sure if our house was on fire, the inversion table would be the first thing he carries out.
