WORK AND LIFE ARE TAKING YOU AWAY FROM HEALTH
Many of Us spend enormous amount of time sitting in the car our way to our children's schools, then straight to our office desk with many tasks and deadlines that require a lot focus and stressful at the same time.
Most of us after work have to rush to pick our children from school and back again only to be stuck in traffic!
To add to that, we have to get home to give full attention to the house chores, from preparing meals to bathing our children and tucking them in bed, and at last getting a little bit of time to rest.
Obviously not all of us have to do all of the above listed things for different reasons. However studies show that the majority go through these challenges on a daily basis.
So when do you get time to exercise and take care of your body and mind?
From my personal experience I always recommend people to exercise during lunch time at work. It really works for me and in addition it gives me the energy to face the rest of the day duties in confidence.
It helps reduce stress levels accumulated during the course of the day. Most people ask me, but where should I exercise if I am stuck in the office?
The answer is very simple, "Use what you have at your disposal", there are so many exercises that do not require weight or gym equipment but still produce fantastic results on your body.
Next Monday I am going to share with you some of the most effective exercises that help to shape the body permanently. You just have to believe that it is possible to combine everyday life, work and fitness, it is just a matter of commitment and organization.
