I know it’s quite awkward to see a face in this page but this is me , the person behind the meals🙊.

I am a 29 year old from the Eastern Cape, South Africa 🇿🇦. I am passionate food ,fitness and fashion😃. I have a 9-5 job that is none of these things 😂; but we’re working on that.

I started this page back in 2020 during hard Covid lockdown, my main intention was/is to share healthy meals that are simple, affordable and quick .

Thank you every like , every comment and suggestions. Thank you for purchasing my weight loss meal plan , it truly means the world to me 🤍🙏..
