🌸 On this International Day of Action for Women’s Health, let’s remember that women’s health includes mental and emotional wellbeing too.
So many women have learned to survive while neglecting themselves in the process — pouring into everyone else while running on empty inside.
You were never meant to carry pain in silence.
Not the burnout.
Not the anxiety.
Not the childhood wounds.
Not the pressure to be “strong” all the time.
Go to therapy. Set the boundary. Have the hard conversation. Choose yourself without guilt.
