IMD Breathwork HK

IMD is a global breathwork brand built two ways:

1️⃣ We run facilitated in-person sessions that help the body release unprocessed emotions.

You lie down, put on headphones and an eye mask, and breathe in a specific continuous pattern called conscious connected breathing.

The breath shifts your body’s chemistry so stuck emotion can surface and move.

Each session is one system: a specific breath pattern, a custom-built soundscape, and a trauma-informed facilitator holding the room.

Together they give your body permission to release what it’s held for years.

People leave lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.

2️⃣ We also have a breathwork app for daily life — self-guided and designed for daily regulation.
