❄️ Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen is one of the most frequently performed skin procedures in my GP practice and dermatology practices.

By freezing abnormal tissue, it can effectively treat warts, sun-damaged skin lesions, and certain superficial precancerous lesions.

The “blister” afterwards is usually part of the normal healing process.

True influenza — including H1N1/swine flu — tends to cause a much more severe inflammatory illness with sudden exhaustion, fever, and body aches.
