Being a hairstylist is wild because one minute I’m a chemist mixing formulas, the next I’m a therapist, then a hype woman, then a small business CEO answering DMs at 9pm 😂
People see the finished balayage and the cute reels…
They don’t see the sore feet, the mental math, the rebooking strategy, the product knowledge, the constant learning.
But I wouldn’t trade it.
There’s something really special about watching someone look in the mirror and stand a little taller. That’s the part that makes it worth it.
So if you sit in my chair — just know you’re not “just another appointment.”
You’re supporting a dream. And I pour my whole heart into it every single time.
