KNOW WHAT'S NORMAL FOR YOU
Breast health starts with knowing your own body.
Every woman's breasts are different, and changes can occur throughout life. Knowing what is normal for you can help you recognise when something doesn't feel or look right.
Look out for:
• A new lump or thickening
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Changes to the skin, such as dimpling
• Changes to the ni**le or unusual discharge
If you notice a new or unusual change, don't ignore it. Have it checked by a healthcare professional. Many breast changes are not cancer, but it's important to find out what is causing them.
Remember, early detection matters. Keep up with recommended breast screening, even if you feel perfectly healthy.
