It's easy to get caught up in the density of life, the bright lights, the noise, the endless distractions. In many ways, that is part of why we are here. To participate. To play. To experience life fully. So yes, get caught up at times...laugh, love, build, create, explore, and dance with this human experience 💃

However, within all that living, make sure you truly get to know yourself. Know the quiet truth beneath the roles, achievements, expectations, and identities. Become intimate with your own soul, so that you recognise what is sacred within you.

When we truly notice the divine within, our boundaries become clear, and so we know what we are unwilling to surrender.

Know your soul so deeply that nothing in this world can convince you to sell it ✨

And so discernment becomes sacred ✨ Every choice carries a ripple. Every action plants a seed.

Very often, life returns our past choices to us…because everything is connected, and the life we live is shaped, moment by moment, by the choices we make along the way 🌿

A dear friend shared this obituary of an (unknown) addict with me the other day, and reading these words felt so intimately familiar.

It's such a good reminder that we are all here just trying, failing, learning, hurting, loving, relapsing, returning, and doing the best we can with the tools we have at the time.

It's such a beautiful reminder to be kind to those around us, we often know very little of their inner struggles...

At the end of the day, we are all just walking each other home.
