I am still being surprised when working with oracle cards.
Yesterday I worked with my Angel Answers deck by Doreen Virtue & Radleigh Valentine.
I didn’t have a question but I knew I would receive something beneficial to me.
First card : let go - when we ask for something, ask then let it go! Don’t think or worry about it, don’t have any sleepless nights because of it.
Second card : Trust! Trust that the perfect answer, solution, person will show up in the most perfect time!
What a beautiful way to live.

Oh boy our bodies speak to us and sometimes end up shouting, if only we listen.
From carrying so much responsibility and discomfort in my shoulder blades - to amazing success in exactly 7 days.
When things are not working in your life, apply the mirror image. Where are you doing the same thing? How can you put it right? Then do that very thing and watch everything around you transform.
How you treat yourself and others is the way people will treat you because we are all energy and through that energy we are connected.

Why I love EFT so much - we know about the fawn response and unlike talk therapy we can access the route cause of what is giving you the symptoms you are experiencing as we follow the energy of what that feels like in your body.
If you have been going to talk therapy and reading self help books like the lady in this article perhaps you could try EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting and totally transform the root cause.

Healing through nature and taking time out to connect with my higher self and all that is.
Such a rewarding gift I get to give to myself and yet I hardly ever do it.
My feet, calves, ankles and knees benefit so much from not walking with shoes on - it really is quite magical how everything aligns and improves.
And the bonus is my mind is quiet enough to receive input from my higher self.

Three separate occasions I lost something and by remaining calm spirit and my higher self gave me the answers as to where they were.
Even while travelling I felt connected and never alone.

I heard this the other day and find it to be quite beautiful as we are normally so harsh and unkind with ourselves.
“Sabotage is misguided self love”.
When we sabotage our efforts it’s a form of self love to protect ourselves from the consequences of what we may have experienced as a younger child, when things didn’t work out the way we expected them to.
