This weekend, we stand behind our very own Hydro Manager, Belita Williams, as she takes on a monumental endurance journey. Her transition from a casual runner to an ultra-athlete is a testament to the power of Rhythmic Health.
For Belita, preparation wasn't just about the kilometres; it was about the meticulous synergy of nature and science found right here in our sanctuary. This is how she prepped:
