🍫✨ Brownies without the sugar crash? We're listening.
These Zero-Spike Fudgy Brownies are rich, gooey and satisfy every chocolate craving, without the blood sugar rollercoaster. The secret? Allulose, a rare sugar that tastes and bakes like the real thing, but won't spike blood sugar levels.
🤎 Recipe:
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
• ⅓ cup allulose
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp nut butter (we used macadamia)
• Optional: dark chocolate chips
Mix everything together, pour into a lined baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20–30 minutes.
