🍋🍃Winter Steam combination 🍋🍃

🟢 3 drops Rapha Essential oil blend (Lavender, Eucalyptus and Peppermint)
🟠1 drop Frankincense essential oil
🟡1 drop Lemon essential oil
in a bowl of hot water (hot enough to steam)

This will open up your sinusses, boost your immune system and assist with allergies.

*Take care and be cautious when using steam!

Steam for 5 minutes twice a day.
Cover your head with a towel for better results.
**Stop immediately if you experience any discomfort and if in doubt always consult your doctor!!
