The Portia Psychology Foundation recently visited Elim Senior Secondary Schools at Elim to speak with learners about mental health awareness, emotional wellbeing, and the importance of creating safe spaces for conversation.
Many young people face emotional challenges without access to professional support. Through school outreach programs like this, we aim to educate, empower, and encourage learners to prioritize their mental health.
Together we can reach more schools and support more young minds in our communities. Our mission is to reach more schools and communities so that every young person knows their mental health matters.
