Living with chronic pain can be exhausting, especially when it feels like your body is constantly demanding your attention.
It's the physical discomfort, the worry about when the next flare might happen, the frustration of trying to relax when your body feels tense and the mental exhaustion of constantly thinking about how you're feeling.
When you've been living with pain for months or years, you might find yourself searching for practical tools that you can use at home, in your own time. That's one of the reasons I created my Body Intelligence guided hypnotherapy recordings.
I currently offer two recordings to help you explore different mind-body practices.
🌿 1. Deep Nervous System Reset for Chronic Pain & Illness - $19
When you're dealing with persistent symptoms, finding opportunities to relax and unwind can be difficult. This guided hypnotherapy recording is designed to help you practise relaxation, support nervous system regulation and develop a calmer relationship with your body.
🌿 2. Pain Reduction Technique Recording - $19
Have you ever wondered whether you could change how you mentally experience your pain? This guided recording introduces a technique called the pain dial. Using guided imagery, you imagine a dial that represents the intensity of your pain and practise mentally adjusting it.
The aim is to explore whether changing your imagined dial setting can help you influence your subjective experience of pain. Individual experiences vary, and it isn't a guarantee of pain relief.
🌿 Both recordings can be accessed from home, allowing you to explore the practices in your own time.
You don't have to try everything at once. You can start by learning about the approaches available and choosing a practice that feels relevant to your needs.

I've put both recordings on my website so you can read about them and decide which you'd like to explore.

Your pain is real, and you deserve to have it taken seriously. These recordings are complementary wellbeing tools and aren't intended to replace appropriate medical care or treatment.
