While I was away, Gareth caught his FIRST Garrick! 😅🙌

I think it’s called a Garrick… 😂 but whatever it was, I was SO proud of him! ❤️

And the fact that one of the first things he did was send me a video to share his excitement with me just made my heart so full. 🥹❤️

It really shows just how tight we are. Even when we’re miles apart, we’re still sharing the little moments, the excitement, the wins and the memories.

Out of sight, but never out of mind or out of heart.❤️🌍

✨ A little throwback to the birth of Knot Another Hippie! ✨

Myself, my mom and my kids all rallied together and put together the very first Knot Another Hippie space. 🥹🖤

And boy, how we’ve grown! 😁

Then along came Gareth as one of our very first clients, and somehow that moment took KAH to a whole other level. Look at us now! 🥰

From a little dream built by family to the beautiful, crazy, ever-growing hippie haven we have today. 🌻✨

Forever grateful for every person who has been part of this journey. This little dream has grown far beyond anything we could have imagined. 🖤

Here’s to where we started, how far we’ve come, and everything still to come! ✨

I really wish we had proper video footage of this one! 😍

Thokozani came in with such love, kindness and absolute trust in us. He had been freeforming, and over time it had naturally matted right up to the top of his head.

With his permission and belief in us, we were able to carefully work through it, saving what we could and separating sections where possible to create his locs. 🙌🏽

It was such a beautiful process of working with what his hair had given us, rather than trying to force it into something it wasn’t.

We appreciate you trusting us with your hair, Thokozani. ❤️ Your energy made this experience even more special!
