We offer a range of weekly classes, including Ballet, 5 Rhythms & Personal Training with our teachers from all over the globe. Then every 6 weeks, we host our weekend Yoga Retreats for a weekend gathering filled with all things yogi & alot of fun! We also host world class Yoga Teachers Trainings based on the Science of the Chakra Yoga System, an extremely comprehensive course of upliftment and learning to know who it is you really are. Hours of play and fun for the whole family! My kids have one in each of their rooms where they make sleepy nests, reading spaces and a fun way to build core strength, co ordination and growing their brains... These are just SOME of the benefits!!

Loved by kids of all ages and sizes. The hammocks can be put up in trees, beams, or concrete ceilings too.

I love them so much, I take them on holiday with us and hang them up to play..
