About
Dr. C. Gouws is a common Ophthalmologist. He has a love for: Oculoplastic surgery, retinal surgery, refractive surgery and cataract surgery. He loves to see his patients smile when they walk out at his practice. He is passionate about his fellow man and always wants only the best for his patients.
He qualified as a medical practitioner at the University of Pretoria. After that he started his training in Ophthalmology under the guidance of Dr. F. Stegmann at the Mankweng Eye Unit in Limpopo.
He completed his Ophthalmology training under the guidance of Proffessor R. Stegmann at the Garankua hospital. He served the public for six years at Dihlabeng Provincial hospital in Bloemfontein in the Free State. He also worked overseas for 2 years in the Cayman Islands. Now he is back in South Africa and are excited to work with the team at Ocumed Eye and Laser Institute.
