We’re introducing Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) at Cilliers Optometrists — and we’re looking for 5 suitable patients to take part in our initial trial.

🌙 How does it work?
Ortho-K lenses are specially designed contact lenses that you wear while you sleep. They temporarily reshape the cornea, helping you achieve clearer vision during the day — without needing to wear your usual spectacles or contact lenses.

Could you be a candidate?
✔️ You are between 20–30 years old
✔️ You currently wear spectacles or contact lenses for distance vision
✔️ You would love to be free from them during the day
✔️ You don't want to wear daytime contact lenses
✔️ You don't want refractive surgery

Here's how it works:
1️⃣ Comment “ME” below
2️⃣ We'll contact you with more information
3️⃣ You'll undergo a screening to determine whether you qualify
4️⃣ From the suitable candidates, 5 patients will be selected to continue with the process. ABSOLUTELY FREE.

⚠️ Please note: Not everyone will qualify for Ortho-K. Your eyes will need to be carefully assessed to determine whether this treatment is suitable and safe for you.

👁️ What is an OCT Scan – and why is it so important?
An Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scan is an advanced, non-invasive scan that allows us to see the different layers of your retina in incredible detail.

👉 Think of it as taking a "cross-sectional picture" of the back of your eye—allowing us to look beneath the surface, not just at it.
An OCT scan helps us assess and monitor:
