Yogamarie My interpretation of yoga I am of Swedish origin and have lived in South Africa since 2008.

Yoga has been an important part of my life since 2003 and even more so since we moved here in 2008. I am passionate about yoga and very humbled by the way yoga makes me feel. How I feel good mentally, physically, towards myself and other beings. I am not here to try to convince you with my experiences or beliefs, but hopefully to inspire you, to explore and then find your own truth.

Dear friends, I am about to close my account on all platforms as well as my website so I want to thank you for your ”likes” and happy comments over the years, they made it all worthwhile 🫶

I do not know where this years sabbatical will lead, but the pause feels needed and aligned. My private space will remain open …

So again thank you for being part of my journey I wish you an inspiring and authentic 2026 - may it be less about arriving and more about being present in every step 🙏
