B Smart Raw Honey

It's important to me to be in a calm positive frame of mind when I'm bottling honey. If I am distracted and tense, firstly there is going to be a mess somewhere along the line, which is a waste of precious honey and it's a real pain in the butt to clean up. Secondly I feel that it transfers to the honey through my hands and the negative vibrations I am giving off.
So, I light incense (my favourite is Nag Champa), put on my favourite playlist, open all the windows, take a long deep calming breath and now I'm ready to get to work.

Big market weekend July - what a banger!
I had such a wonderful time, meeting new people, catching up and getting hugs from my lovely regulars, getting special gifts from special people, hanging out with my market friends and of course my beautiful Raw Lowveld Honey was just flying off the table. 🤸‍♀️🫶🐝🍯🙏

I am grateful to every person that stopped by my stall for a chat, I trust you went away a little more informed, and to those of you who chose to support my small business.
