Meet our colleague, Lizanne 💜

Lizanne is a devoted mom to her 9-year-old daughter, Mea-Rose. She is a strong, loving woman who has always put her child first, no matter how difficult life has been.

In 2024, what started as a small injury turned into something far more serious. After months of pain, treatments, and uncertainty, Lizanne was diagnosed with melanoma. Sadly, the cancer has now spread, and she urgently needs a below knee amputation to save her life.

Through it all, Lizanne has carried this journey on her own, without medical aid, while still being the incredible mom Mea-Rose depends on every day.

After surgery, she will still face a long road ahead, including a prosthetic limb, treatment, and rehabilitation. These are essential for her to regain her independence and continue being there for her daughter.

Today, we ask for your support. No contribution is too small. Every bit will help Lizanne get the care she needs and give her the chance to keep showing up for her little girl.
